Therapeutic Transformation in Winter

As we transition through the weathering storms, I find myself in and out of hibernation mode. This is a natural state of being in Winter, connecting with oneself on a soul level is very therapeutic and transformative. However, after awhile too much isolation can cause stagnation and pain and I start to feel lonely. I am grateful to connect with others to create balance and enjoy the benefits of living a healthy life. One of my greatest joys is my life work. I love coming the office to help others’ create a healthy, happy life as well. It was not always the case.

Thirty years ago I was in the business world with the emphasize on paperwork and products instead of people. Even though I was good at my job, I was unhappy. I kept finding myself focusing on helping the people I worked with instead. I was conflicted. After awhile, I stared feeling constant pain down my right arm. I went to an alternative medicine professional, who helped me feel better. However, the pain persisted. After a period of soul-searching, I made the decision to change my life, miraculously the pain stopped. I experienced the mind, body, spirit connection and realized it was time to change professions.

I was born an intuitive emphatic healer, which means I feel other people’s pain. Therefore, I am committed to helping people feel better! I am grateful to be in the healing profession. I have witnessed countless miracles using alternative medicine. Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been around 5000 years. It works by releasing the body’s endorphins, organic healing chemicals, creating a deep relaxation state that allows healing to take place.

Don’t let the winter blues get you down, come in and visit me I am happy to help!
