The Full Moon is in the compassionate, sensitive sign of Pisces, which will help us gently transition into assimilating the dramatic energy shifts of the past month. Staying focused and grounded in the present moment will help diminish drama and create clarity about what serves our highest good. Now is the time to let go of what no longer serves you and keeps you limited and open up to infinite possibilities instead! It’s time to shine and let our love out, have no fear, and forge ahead.
Recently many people are coming into Wonderworks Healing Arts for help with back pain, which are old deep-seated survival issues coming up for healing. As well as insomnia and anxiety, which are disturbances in the heart energy that needs to be grounded and secured in love. When the spirit of the heart is not grounded, it floats up and creates mental disturbances as well.
In Chinese Medicine there is a direct relationship between the heart and kidney meridians, energy lines that need to be balanced and supported to create a healthy body, mind, and spirit connection. Along with acupuncture and energy healing, Chinese herbal formulas are available to help create this balance by increasing energy, yang, and substance in the body, yin. Without balance between yin and yang, disharmony happens and dis-ease occurs between the body-mind connect to get our attention.
It has always been my dream and gift to help others. Before I did that, I was in the business world creating another reality. It became obvious to me it was time to change directions when my arm would not stop hurting until I went back to school to get my masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine 25 years ago. As soon as I committed to my new goal, my arm stopped hurting. It was then that I became a true believer in the power within us affecting our outer world.
I am grateful to have helped so many people with their healings and transitions into living their dreams throughout the years, and for them then telling their friends and families to come into Wonderworks Healing Arts.
