We are having a super full moon Tuesday, February 19, in the earthy sign of Virgo. This is powerful energy of grounding, strength, and enlightenment creating the potential for positive changes in our lives on the deepest soul level. This full moon is helping to awaken us by cracking us open so we can see beyond our beliefs and into a new reality on a mind, body, spirit level or on a combination of all three.
During this intense full moon energy, acupuncture and energy healing help balance the body, mind, and spirit by grounding us and creating abundant healing energy and deep relaxation. This helps facilitate the healing process by letting go of stuck energy and revitalizing our energy flow to create space for more love and joy. Otherwise imbalances occur in the body, mind, and soul, which create pain, anxiety, repetitive thoughts, over-thinking, worries, and fears, intestinal, digestion, and hormone issues.
As I sit under the light of full moon energy, waiting for my connecting flight to bring me home after a long, long day of flying from India, I’m reflecting on all the ways I have grown.
