The Full Moon on Monday, November 14, is another super moon where the Moon, in its orbit, is closest to the Earth. And the full moon hasn’t been this close to the Earth in 68 years and won’t be again until November 25, 2034!
This may explain why such high energy is building around this record-breaking super Full Moon and the results of a landmark election just happened. Big letting go and trusting in Divine Order is necessary now! The need to dig in deeper still and anchor in love is what is called upon individually and collectively to raise our consciousness, which leads to greater health, happiness, and vitality for all.
In Oriental Medicine, the yin/yang symbol represents individual and unique characteristics of the whole, and this is true of us as well. We each reflect aspects of each other. This creates the potential for seeds of compassion and healing our deep wounds. This is possible by focusing on forgiveness of self and all others.
Forgiveness is all about letting go of emotional bondage, so we are free to move forward. Energy Healing/Acupuncture is based on the same concept. By moving the stuck Qi/energy, which causes disconnect and disease in the body, mind, and spirit, we are able to engage in the healing process instead of engaging in fear.
Fear of change and the unknown causes tremendous stress on the body resulting in headaches, stomach aches, insomnia, and anxiety, as well as adrenal fatigue and burn out.
This lowers our immune support and can lead to much more serious diseases. Oriental Medicine helps reset the body’s natural rhythm and nervous system creating internal peace and calm that is reflected outward.
During this tremendous energy shift, practicing gratitude and grounding in love will make all the difference in either celebrating life no matter what, or surviving. Choose love, joy, and acceptance. Breathe in, breathe out and let go! Relax and enjoy the super Full Moon show!
