The New Moon and Solar Eclipse are upon us bringing abundant energy for transformation and healing. This is also the month of Love, as well as the Chinese New Year, year of the Dog, signifying loyalty, grounding, and joyful expression of play and community. The theme this new year is social awareness and selflessness with a desire to help and protect those less fortunate.

Fertility is the highlight this month, from conception, pregnancy, delivery, and afterbirth care. A high number of couples come in for help with fertility issues because acupuncture helps relax the body to reduce stress, calm the mind, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, and balance hormones for both men and women. Acupuncture also improves pregnancy symptoms, such as morning sickness, fatigue, mood swings, body issues, and helps create vitality for mother and child.
