The Full Moon energy in Aries this month is a part of our Planetary Qi and contributes to the building of our internal energy. The quality of our diet, exercise, and the air we breathe all influence our energy levels. In Chinese Medicine, this is the season of the Air element, which is directly associated with the Lung meridian and the Large Intestine meridian. The Lung system cultivates and regulates respiration and circulation of Prana, our life source. Best facial spot in San Diego! Jamie is incredibly skilled, and a generous and warm spirit. I have come back here repeatedly even after moving to the east coast. Her products are organic, smell amazing, she takes the time to explain the state of my skin and customize the facial according to my health and skin state. Normally I dread extraction but Jamie made it practically pain free. She also offers a great massage as part of the facial and was so generous giving me a home made lip balm she made at the end of the service. I got a massage here this week and it was amazing. I told her my neck and shoulders were causing me pain and she was able to stretch my neck out and work out the knots, which felt amazing. I got the hot rock therapy which felt soothing and relaxing. I also got the aromatherapy add-on, which was wonderful and calming. I love this place.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Jamie and her massage suite is my sanctuary! I can come here completely out of power and leave refreshed, happily tired and with the knowledge that I’ve done (or rather Jamie did to my body through her massage) something that my body will thank me for. It’s also not only the massage or facial but also Jamie herself! I am coming to Jamie now since about 5 years and are not planning to change massage places ever! Highly recommend you try it yourself!

I have visited Amorah twice and each time, it was an experience and a result that is difficult to put into words. The first time I walked out of her studio and I was at total peace and when the sun hit my face it was magical. I went for an unplanned walk after the session, hard to explain how that was amazing, but just walking was different, I was different. I have refered friends who told me it was an unreal, inner journey and all sorts of emotions came up and then afterwards it was as if their minds had just been cleared. This is at another level.

Love, love, love Amorah's empathic approach to healing. Her acupuncture treatments are relaxing and effective -- and just wait until you sink into the warmth of her heated crystal tables. Wow, just wow! Amorah has a wealth of knowledge, training, and many certifications but what makes the experience stand out is the spiritual/mystic element she offers, and how she goes about her work with authentic compassion and a joyous heart. Amorah at Wonderworks Healing Arts is a blessing to our family. My nephew has been battling cancer for a year. Things were not going well in terms of treatments being effective because the nature of this cancer. I sent my nephew to Amorah after months of chemo and radiation that did not solve this to help with his anxiety and stress. He is not out of the woods yet because he is going through a bone marrow transplant but before the transplant his cancer was considered in remission. The next year of his life will be about recovery and health. Amorah will be a big part of that. She is not just a soft, wonderfully inviting person, she knows what she is doing and is effective. So happy I sent him to her.

Amorah is an amazing practitioner! She is intuitive and nurturing. Her acupuncture sessions are so relaxing and healing. In the past when I have gotten acupuncture I am restless on the table and ready for the needles to come out before I'm done. At Wonderworks with Amorah the time flies by and I wish I could stay longer. She is gentle and deliberate with her needling and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Amorah Kelly for acupuncture.
